Reaching the desk
Contact the Desk
A telephone during posted hours, a postal address, two mail addresses and the request form. What arrives is read by a person and answered in two posted working days, sometimes three.
The four ways
| Way | Detail |
|---|---|
| Telephone | +1 (817) 297-4460, Monday to Saturday, 7 am to 7 pm Central |
| Bookings and quotes | runs@northfieldbulletin.com |
| Records, corrections and data requests | intake@northfieldbulletin.com |
| Post | Pinnace Transfers LLC, 4200 South Hulen Street, Fort Worth, TX 76109 |
Somebody is at the desk Monday to Saturday, 7 am to 7 pm Central. When it is shut a request simply sits in the mailbox until it opens again, and that is the reason no page here claims a line answered at any hour.
Send a request
What happens to what you send
Somebody reads it, asks about anything unclear, and sends it out to operators. What is held, and for how long, is one table on the privacy policy, and it is short.
Nothing is added to a list. There is no list. This desk does not market and has nothing to market.
Three questions this desk cannot answer
- What a journey will cost, before asking. There is no tariff here to quote from. A request gets a real answer in two posted days; a guess would be faster and worthless.
- Whether an operator is licensed or insured. This desk has inspected nobody's paperwork and will not describe somebody else's regulatory standing. An operator can answer for itself.
- Anything about a flight. Nothing here watches one. A delay has to be told to the desk, and even then what happens is the operator's answer.
If something on this site is wrong
Write to intake@northfieldbulletin.com with the page and the sentence. Whatever it came from is checked, and then the page is corrected and the date at its foot moves; otherwise a reply sets out why it stands.
