What is held
What Is Held About You
A booking desk needs a journey described. It does not need a person profiled, and this page is mostly a list of things that are therefore absent.
What is kept
| Kept | Where | For how long | Seen by |
|---|---|---|---|
| The twelve fields of a request: a name, a reply address, an optional number, the two ends, dates, times, counts and any note | The mailbox this desk reads | While the booking is live, and a short tail after it, because a second message is usually about a first | The transfer companies the request goes to, and the mail service that carries it |
| The answers reported back and the quote sent | The same mailbox | The same | The same |
| A single word recording that the storage card was answered | Your own machine, under this domain | Until site data is cleared | Nobody: it never leaves your machine |
Anything not in those three rows is not held.
Why the operators see it
A journey cannot be priced without being described, so the details reach the transfer companies the desk asks. There is no version of this service where they do not.
What does not travel with it: anything about who somebody is beyond the name on the booking, any other request they have made, or any history. None of that exists here to send.
What measures a visit
Nothing does. There is no analytics, no advertising code, no social button, no embedded video, no map and no comment system on any page of this site, and no font is pulled in from another company's server: the two faces sit on this domain beside the stylesheet, the script and the pictures.
So no record exists of which pages were opened, in what order, or from where. That is not a refusal to disclose. It is never created in the first place.
Somebody has to host the files, and a host keeps the brief operational logs without which hosting does not work. Those belong to the host. They are not compiled for this desk, not sent here, and not cross referenced against anything in the mailbox.
What is never requested
A card number, on any page, at any point. A bank detail. A government number. A date of birth. A document. Anything medical. Anything about employment. There is no account here to open and no password to set.
Having it removed, or corrected
Write to intake@northfieldbulletin.com from the address the request came from. A copy of everything held goes back, or it is corrected, or it is deleted, and deletion happens when the message is read rather than after a review.
A booking already placed becomes that operator's own record, and only they can answer for it.
No profile of anybody is built here and no automatic decision is made about anybody, which means the two rights that usually follow, objecting to a profile and contesting an automated decision, have nothing to attach to.
Children
Nothing on this site is directed at children, nothing asks anybody's age, and nothing held would reveal it.
