1. Who this is

Pinnace Transfers LLC, trading as Pinnace, a Texas limited liability company registered with the Texas Secretary of State, of 4200 South Hulen Street, Fort Worth, TX 76109. Telephone +1 (817) 297-4460. Bookings runs@northfieldbulletin.com.

2. What this company does

Pinnace Transfers LLC is a booking desk. It owns no vehicle, employs no driver, and holds no operating permit of any kind. It takes a request, asks local transfer companies what they have open, and places the job with one of them.

3. What it agrees to do

• Write a request down accurately and in full
• Put it to transfer companies covering Tarrant County
• Report every answer without editing it
• Place the job with whichever operator the traveler chooses
• Pass any change to that operator the same posted day, at no charge

4. What it does not do, and cannot be asked to

It does not provide transport. It owns no vehicle, employs no driver, holds no operating permit and carries no vehicle insurance. It sets no price and holds no tariff.

It does not warrant the performance of any operator, does not describe any operator as licensed, insured, approved or vetted, and does not act as anybody's agent. Pinnace is an independent booking desk. No airline, hotel, airport, airport operator or government body endorses it, sponsors it, or is connected to it, and it speaks for none of them.

5. What the operator answers for

The vehicle, the driver, its own permits and licenses, its own insurance, its own price and its own terms. Once a job is placed, the contract for carriage is between the traveler and that operator, and this desk is not a party to it.

6. Money

Nothing is paid to Pinnace Transfers LLC by a traveler at any time, for anything, and no page of this site carries a field for a card. There is therefore no price list, no order, no payment, no deposit, no shipping and no refund from this desk, and clauses for those things are absent because the things are absent rather than because they were forgotten.

What a traveler pays, they pay the operator, under that operator's terms.

7. Quotes

A quote is a report of what operators answered on the day they were asked, given free and creating no obligation on anybody. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, it does not bind an operator, and it goes stale.

8. Accuracy

Every effort is made to keep this site accurate. No warranty is given that it is complete or up to date, and wherever an answer belongs to somebody else the page says whose it is. Report an error to intake@northfieldbulletin.com and it is checked against its source.

9. Copyright, in both directions

Outward: the writing and the pictures belong to Pinnace Transfers LLC. A sentence or two quoted with the page named is welcome and needs no permission. Reproducing a page, or using an image, needs it in writing first.

Inward: anybody who believes material here is theirs should write to intake@northfieldbulletin.com naming the page, the passage and the work it is said to copy. The passage is taken down first and examined second, and the reply sets out what was examined. The postal route is the address in clause 1 and reaches the same desk.

10. Where liability sits

An operator performs the service, so an operator answers for how it performs. So far as the law permits, Pinnace Transfers LLC carries no liability for what an operator does or fails to do, nor for a decision somebody makes on the strength of a quote.

Some liabilities cannot be signed away and this clause does not attempt it: fraud, and death or personal injury arising from negligence, are outside it entirely.

11. Jurisdiction, and amendment

The governing law is that of Texas and the venue is Tarrant County. Should a single clause prove unenforceable, the remainder continues to bind.

Amendments take effect when they are published, and the date at the foot of every page tells you when that last happened. Reviewed August 9, 2026.
